What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, delivery addresses and pinned map location, order history, prescriptions you upload, payment references, and photos taken by riders as proof of delivery.
Why
To process, verify and deliver your orders, to contact you about them, to prevent fraud, and to meet pharmacy record-keeping rules.
Who can see it
Only authorised EPH staff, the pharmacist reviewing your prescription, and the rider delivering your order (name, phone, address and location only). Prescriptions and delivery photos are stored privately and never published.
Location
Rider location is shared with you only while your order is out for delivery. Riders are not tracked outside active deliveries.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting EPH.
